Obtaining[ | ]
Restlessness can be obtained by several ways:
- Leaving certain Moth Influences to decay. The most certain way to acquire a Moth influence is to dream Passion with any Knock, Lantern or Moth lore.
- Every time the Season of Ambitions comes, if you don't have any Rivals or Mentors and your Desire is 2 or less, you'll get Restlessness.
- Possible choice in the White Door while dreaming on Way: The White Door.
- Actions involving Moth have a chance to produce Old Unhappy Far-off Things, which produces Restlessness after 30 seconds.
Removing[ | ]
Restlessness can be removed by several ways:
- By letting it decay into Dread.
- By using Passion in Work, a process which requests Restlessness as "inspiration" for a painting.
- By using it as Influence in a Rite or as Trappings when promoting a Follower.
Dangers[ | ]
Accumulating too much Restlessness can lead to having many Dread cards in play. Dread should be disposed of as it can lead to DESPAIR.
